Job Description
1- File soft and hard copies of all incoming and outgoing documents, which is to be kept up to date at all times.
2- Retrieve documents as requested by employees and clients to provide them with the needed information.
3- Create project documents such as workshop drawings, letters, MIR (Material Inspection Request) and deliver them to the direct manager to be reviewed
4- Maintain copies of reviewed project documents and distribute them among the concerned parties.

- Bachelor degree
- 1 - 3 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
